Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - 2 Day Shipping
On Thursday I ordered recovery discs for a customer and paid extra for 2 Day shipping. When I received my order confirmation the estimated delivery date is Wednesday (No holiday involved here). When I called order support I asked for a refund of extra paid for 2 day shipping since it was obviously taking 4 business days. The outsourced employee refused my refund request and tried to tell me that Wednesday would indeed be 2 day shipping. I told him I was unaware that Friday and Monday were removed from the "business day" definition. He tried to say I was not understanding what he was explaining. No explanation can overcome the fact that when you pay for 2 day shipping you expect 2 day shipping.
