T-Mobile Complaint - Worst customer service ever
We have been with t mobile for six years and the only reason we stayed with them this long was their monthly pricing. their customer service department is the worst of any company I have EVER dealt with. they constantly lie, and they seem to make things up as they go. we bought a new [phone from them and when it didn't work, we had to take another two of the same phone. when those also didn't work, we were given our choice of two replacements that they picked out. they would not let us choose another phone of equal or LESS value, unless we wanted to pay for them, plus they refused to reimburse us for the original phone we bought. they are rude, nasty people to deal with. we are going to file a complaint with the fcc this week and maybe then something can get done about those horrid, nasty, people. STAY AWAY FROM T MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.
