After receiving a letter my my3cents I was finally contacted by this company. They did apologize and offer to not charge my account in December which was what I wanted. I did reply to the email sent to me and got an immediate response. I am happy with the reliable service they have and stuck it out for this reason. I am pleased that they resolved this matter and will continue using their services. I want to thank my3cents for their help and also thank James Young, which is a new person who I have dealt with, with this company. Again thank you for resolving this matter.
