IRIS Complaint - Lousy support service

DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA -- After installing Windows 7 from a Vista OS the Read Iris software would not recognize the IRIScan Express II scanner. Iris tech support does not answer their phones. As I am writing this, I have spent a total of 3 hrs 15 minutes on hold (3 sessions, longest 1+45). My emails to support have taken over a week to be respnded to. I still have no scanner and NO HELP.
