Intowne suites Complaint - Theft

Review by bolegs on 2009-11-23
WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA -- I had to check out on 20 November 09' at 12:01 pm, so I had an appointment that morning, returned to the room at about 10:30 am, the curtains were open, the bed was stripped down, I had a toolbag full of tools, employment documents, phone accessories, & a tabletop attachment for my toolbox. well upon checking out, the manager had to make a run with her boss & was gone for about 10 minutes, I waited, turned in my cards, went to work & realized I didn't have my items, so I called back stating that I would try to come by & pick up the items, I specified tool bag, she said it was there. I couldn't make it because they closed at 7pm, so I left message, went back the next day it was a different person at the counter, he claimed he didn't see it, anyway he gave me this phony corporate phone no., which is an answering machine, I still haven't gotten any reply.

So that person just doesn't see it. I am guessing someone else knows where it is at. I wouldn't cry theft quite yet.

And if it was stolen, they are not responsible for items left behind. Just about every hotel or motel I have ever stayed in has a sign stating such.
