Taco Bell Informative - Give me a break
ANYTOWN -- Next time you go into a Taco Bell consider the other side of the line regarding the people who make your food. Often in this day and age down sizing on labor is a must to keep the prices down. Do you want to pay 2.50 for a taco I don't so consider the pay rate the employees are getting and the crap they have to put up with all day. How many employees do you think the store hire? Try two to three on some shifts and if it gets busy these poor employees are just on maximum burn out.
What type of a wage do you think the owners of these taco bells pay try minimum to 10 bucks in an hour for management-taxes means 90 percent can't earn enough to afford a car and some a days missed work equals financial disaster. The customer survey cards you fill out also determines whether a person gets a pay raise or not. guess which one it is?
Taco bell is also losing its numbers to the QSR industry (Quick Service Restaurant). ans it takes five times as much labor to put a burrito together than slap two halves of a bun around a beef patty minus half the labor Burger King or carls junior brings per shift.
Give a Taco Bell employee a tip some day you might be surprised what happens, a little kindness goes a long ways
