Travelocity Complaint - Useless Lip-service-no help at all
FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- Rude airlines personnel refused to allow my son's baggage with liquid medication to be checked for a flight despite TSA people saying it was fine. I was forced to spend $186 to send it UPS as they were no help.
I called the airlines directly and they offered me a $50 coupon for future flights -as if I plan to fly with them again!
Travelocity acted as if they were concerned, asked me to send them the documents and a lengthy and detailed explanation and then never called me back.
After more than a month I called them to check the status, was kept on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that the airlines had said no.
So I guess that sums up the gnome's protection plan. What a crock!!!
