Hello! A FULL refund was issued to one [snip], via PayPal, the site she used to make the original payment. Secure PayPal transaction on 12/27/09. We had to wait for the vendor to refund our payment, as Ms. Graham had changed her mind.
As stated by the customer Michaela Graham herself, on her own blog site:
