Enchanted Mirror Complaint - Needs To Ship Items Or A Complete Refund!

KENTUCKY -- Ordered last January 2009. Never received items that I paid in full for. Just received excuses about how she has problems. Then she cut off all contact with me. I have been waiting for over 11 months!! She needs to ship items or a complete refund!
Company Response on 12/29/2009:
Hello! A FULL refund was issued to one [snip], via PayPal, the site she used to make the original payment. Secure PayPal transaction on 12/27/09. We had to wait for the vendor to refund our payment, as Ms. Graham had changed her mind.

As stated by the customer Michaela Graham herself, on her own blog site:

Yes, I have received my refund."

Have the same problem with the company. Paid full price and she never sent item. Cut of all communication and has her email set up so that my emails bounce back. She's now moved to Loganville, GA. Complete scam artist.

I'd get in touch with the Attorney Generals in both Kentucky and in Georgia (since you folks seem to know where this "lady" is.

You might also investigate with your local police dept. if you can swear out a warrant for arrest for fraud (sounds like fraud on the fact of it, but they'd have to check it). That way if she's stopped for a traffic offense, or something like that she'll be chatting with the boys in blue.

Actually, this was not made by me, Ms.Graham, but another unsatisfied customer who had to wait forever and only got her items after raising a lot of cain.

but if she's not even reading your emails I'd say go with the police report.

Happy to hear you got your refund Michaela! I'll be following up with the Better Business Bureau myself. After two years of trying to get a refund or the item I ordered it's just too much work asking anymore. I'll let the experts try.
