We purchased a GE microwave model #JE2160SF03 in March of 2007. After two years the magnetron tube stopped working. Although the tube was covered under the warranty, I was charged $170.15 to have the service man install it. The new tube is only covered under the old warranty. So I could be paying every time they have to come out and fix it. Also, when scheduling the service appointment I was given a 9 hour window. They told me he would be here sometime between 8am and 5pm. I will never purchase another GE appliance. They do not stand behind their product and are not concerned with customer satisfaction.
