Netspend Complaint - Shut Down a day before Thanksgiving...and No Ciggs
I was just at Walmart with my husband with a basket full of groceries. We both have Netspend cards with money on them. I tried to pay with my card and got the message, contact the card holder...I AM THE CARD HOLDER...then I tried with my husband's card and got the same message. We ended up having to use a Chase Bank debit card that is connected to our checking account which had $30.00 in it, not enough to pay for our groceries, but enough to make the transaction go through with an overdraft fee that will be charged. Do you think we will be getting this back from Netspend...Hell to the KNAW.
I tried to call and get on line and their system is down. Can't see anything or get any message as to what is going on. I'm Upset and pissed without cigarettes.
