Interval international Complaint - Different travel dates
I traded my week into interval international and
trolled around for several months until the exchange I wanted became available. I booked the exchange and had noted the dates so I could then book the airfare. I booked airfare for those dates,
and was amazed to get the email confirmation for a
date that was 1 day prior to the week I had booked.
Now I have to either change my dates of air travel, or loose a day at the resort and purchase a day on the end of the week! How can they book for a week starting on a Friday and then confirm for a week starting a day before!
Please the Marriott representative counseled us to book online, and since I booked on Thanksgiving
the representative were not available. Also one doesn't want to loose the booking by hesitation.
II is a great service, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
