AT&T Wireless Complaint - Poor customer service and waste of money
I have had enough! Several times I have had bad experience with my new phone that were not taken cared of. Typically, I get the same routine answer with my calls continued to be an issue of getting dropped calls, people not hearing me. This does not happen just to me, but also my sister. Our phones have been replaced once each and still have problems. Maybe we were sold poor quality phones in the first place? The was the final straw, I recently lost my phone and their offered insurance want me to pay $50 to replace it for the same make and model - are they crazy? I spent $180 for the past 1.5 year to have insurance coverage on 2 phones and now they want another $50 to replaced a phone that I paid $100 for when I renewed my contract? Or, renew my contract for another 2 yrs with a new phone? HECK NO!!! I am done with their service, looking for a new provider when my contract ends.
