Wirelesswithout.com Complaint - Heartless people who ignore payment arrangments

Review by Quincy on 2009-11-27
BEND, OREGON -- Well a few months ago I signed up for wirelesswithout.com and I liked being able to have an AT&T plan that wasn't go-phone without a contract through a third party. Well I signed up early in the month of my first month of service cause that's more convenient for me with paying my bill. I was also told after my signup date that my billing cycle would be early in the month but low in behold I was wrong and it turns out it's much later in the month which isn't very convenient for me. I'm the kind of personn who doesn't like to just let money sit in my account for two weeks after my other expenses are paid. And with the holidays being around I was gone out of town and I was at my mom's house and she doesn't have internet so I had no way of getting to a computer to check my email from these people. So when I finally get back I contacted them right away to let them know what was going on and I set up payment arrangements to pay on the 1st when I get paid. The lady that responded was ok with that and a few hours later these people cut off my service anyway. I feel very ignored by these heartless people. It's places that pull the rug from under people's feet that get me upset. I was happy with this company but now I hope these people go out of business and I will throw a party when it happens.

It's very possible that the billing department did not get the new payment arrangements communicated to their "cut off" folks in time to prevent your service getting cut.

Before you panic, just call the woman in billing back and ask for her assistance in getting your service restored.
