SuperShuttle Complaint - Disregarded customer
I booked a Super Shuttle service from DIA to my home for a late evening pick up and drop off at least 6 hours in advance. However when my flight landed at 11:30 pm and I checked in at the Super Shuttle desk, they said, " Sorry we don't have any vans going to that area of Denver, you'll have to take a cab." I am a frequent customer, had made a reservation and they had over 6 hours to inform me of the lack of availability, yet did not. Thus instead of being able to set up another ride I had no choice but to pay an exorbitant amount for a taxi. Once a frequent customer I will never use this dishonest and untrustworthy company again.
