NETSPEND Complaint - 6YRS no problem BUT now things are changing for the worse!
Call it the recession changing things but I call it changing for the worse and I'm out. Netspend had never done things like I have been seeing before such as the website all of a sudden being down more than twice a month and my funds not being accessible more than twice a month but its finally happening. The thing I have been dreading is happening. Net spend has lost my trust and if it were not for direct deposit I wouldn't be hesitating on leaving but I can take the risk of not accessing my funds especially on holidays. Yes they fix the problem asap but I can't take this risk again. Monday morning I am going to change to another(A REAL) bank.
