E-faucets.com Complaint - E-faucets.com is E-AWFUL in the service department

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA -- I purchased faucets that turned out to be the wrong type/fit but there was no return info on the shipping documentation. After a one phone call and two emails I was provided with complicated instructions for returning the faucets and informed that there was also a %15 restocking surcharge. I followed all the directions and sent the faucets back. Three months later I still had no refund. Luckily I kept the shipping and tracking receipts and after several more emails I finally recovered a portion of my original expense (less the restocking and shipping fees of course).

This whole experience, which should have just been simple, routine business transaction turned into a months-long annoying rip-off and worse, they were rude and completely unapologetic. I would not recommend them to anyone.
