Complaint - Slow Shipping, Horrible Customer Service

The item I ordered was supposed to be in stock and I paid an extra nine dollars to speed up the shipping since I needed it quickly.
After waiting a week and a half for my product [the 'track your order' link did not work'], I finally entered a live chat with a customer service representative.
The representative was rude, unprofessional, and demanding. After going back and forth with him for a while, he said that they have to custom make the product that I wanted and that it would be another day before it could be shipped. This was not mentioned anywhere in the ad or video.
The message here is that their prices are good and their products seem to be okay but ask questions before you order from this site, if you can get anyone to listen to you
