Arbys Complaint - A Bad Day Made Horrible
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- I just want to start by saying we have always loved Arby's. So they have lost a very good customer. My husband and our son were on their way to Riley Hospital to see our nephew. My son locked his dad's keys in the truck Saturday. This happen before they ate their dinner at Arbys. They went in and called me. Someone cleaning tables ask them how they were and my son told them he had locked his dads keys in the truck. I just lost my grandpa and I was on my way back into town from Warsaw Indiana. I had the only other key. It was horrible for them his wallet was in the truck and they could do nothing until I got there. They went walking to find somewhere to keep their mind off the fact they were hungry and I would be a few hours. I called them on the cell when I got about 30 min away. They headed back to the truck to find that it had been towed. I just want you to know that this was one of the worst days of my life and I will always remember that Arbys helped contribute to the whole situation. I want Arbys to know that it cost 182.00 to be towed.
We do not live downtown and had no idea that our truck would be towed for just a few hours in a parking lot. This was every bit of money I had in the bank. Thanks for the customer care! I will never go back to any Arby's and I will forward this e-mail to everyone I can find on the net and everyone I know.
