Sears Complaint - NO MORE SEARS - Lawn tractor
CHATTANOOGA -- My husband is a retired Major, 100% disabled and I am his only caretaker. We have a very reliable person that works for us - taking care of home issues, both inside and out. When I called Sears over 2 weeks ago for the lawn tractor repair, I was told the earliest time would be November 30, 2009. This morning I called and was passed from one person to the next for over an hour and a half. They all looked at the call I made and said that NO REPAIR WAS SCHEDULED! I hit the roof after being on the phone for so long. I asked for a supervisor - same thing. I finally called the management number (which they do not supply)(found by search on Google)and she said that the best she could do would be 3 days from the date I had been given. Since it was not recorded by the person on the phone, they don't know who the call was to.
PRAY TELL HOW DO COMPANIES IN THIS ONCE GREAT COUNTRY EXIST AT ALL? If they bothered to comply with what they said they would do - maybe the unemployment rate would not be so high. Is there any company out there that stands by their WORD?
