Comcast Corporation Complaint - Bad experience with comcast (internet service)
ILLINOIS -- It seems the customer support and quality decreased badly.
I ordered internet service 2 weeks ago, the equipment was shipped on time through third party, but for installation they asked me to go to a Comcast office and show my ID first!!!
I went to the Comcast office, paid for installation and waiting for November 25 (installation date). I was at home waiting for technician all afternoon (as they scheduled) but nobody coming, I called them and they told me I SHOULD GO TO COMCAST OFFICE TO SHOW MY ID AGAIN!!!
when I told them "I did it already before scheduling installation" they told me that they have no technician available now and I should re-schedule for installation again.!!
I canceled my order because I'm not interested any more to have account with comcast.
in addition I should pay for shipping and handling about equipment. it was the only thing I got from dealing with Comcast .
