Suncom Complaint - Unprofessional Customer Service
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- Suncom and it's so called representatives honestly do not have any knowledge of the product and or services being rendered by Suncom. I have paid a deposit on two cell phones, kept my bill up to date, and they in turn apply my deposit to my account, with no regard or authority from me to do so. I had no problem giving Suncom a deposit when requested and now I have to pull tooth and nail to receive my deposit back. Am I missing something? You can a thousand times and one rep will tell you one thing and another will tell you something else. You can't speak to billing because the reps do not have a number, you can't speak to a supervisor because none is available. What training do you receive to become a Suncom rep -- NONE! All I want are my deposits back from the two phones 804-467-2033 and 804-539-2973 and I do understand that the deposit for 539 will be sent to Carla Davis with my name on the check and Ms. Davis is aware of this because I paid for both of the deposits. From My3cents what possibly can be done. I was told to contact Suncom on the 12th of August re: deposit for 539 and my deposit for 467 I should receive by the 16th of August. I will call Suncom again on Monday re: 539 and will call again Monday re: 467 and see what different info I will receive from a different rep and this time I hope my deposits are in the mail because I am seriously thinking about taking my business and deposits elsewhere, not that any of the cell phone servers are honest and professional. Please help me to receive my deposits back this is crazy.
