GMAC Automotive financial services Complaint - Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced
I am someone who has always paid my bill on my GMAC loans on time, and I have even tried to pay more than the minimum amount due. My November bill was never sent to me, which is due mid-month right when I was busy getting ready for Thanksgiving and with work. I finally received a bill the last week in November and that was due in December. This bill showed a late charge of a mere $6. I called to request some leniency/courtesy with the $6 but was given no assistance at all, and was treated like a smuck with the person making sarcastic sighs/verbalizations and such. I will like be buying another car in a couple of years, and needless to say, I will never ever go through GMAC again. No wonder they are having financial problems, with treating customers like this. All this over a lousy $6.
