NorthAmerican Bankcard Complaint - The Worst - Merchant Service

TROY, MICHIGAN -- NorthAmerican Bankcard has been the worst ever since we signed the contract! Every time I try to call them for help, I need to fax them something! On my orginial contract, our fax # is right, in their computer its wrong. I have to fax them the right #, so I did! Now today, I called again and they wanted me to confirm our fax # and now they have a different one! I would have to fax them another letter asking them to change the fax again! Don't ever change your bank account! They told me is was going to be a 2 day process, they held my money for 16 days! To cancel my contract with them it will cost me $900.00! Until it is more affordable, I am stuck with them! I say "STAY AWAY" from them.
