Complaint - Worst Customer Service on the Planet---Guaranteed!!!! Sonystyle Sucks

Placed order online. 15 minutes later, I called to cancel. Too late, the order was already shipping....and on a Saturday night at 11pm. What freakin liars. Apparently, there is no such thing as cancelling an order at Sonystyle. The product did not ship until the following Tuesday. They charged my card, but did not ship. Of course, their policy is they only charge the card after the order ships. After 25 complaints to various customer service reps, and about 6 different supervisors, the only thing I have learned is these people are incompetent, slow, non-fluent English speaking, and could care less about your purchase. Sonystyle customer service sucks!!! 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund. My money is tied up, and they have their stinking products. Filed a BBB complaint. Suck it Sonystyle!
The best line I receieved an hour ago from a representative was that they do not have any supervisors. I called her a liar, and she had no response.

Sony specifically says that orders are not able to be canceled under the terms and conditions of there website, so they were going to charge you no matter how soon after you changed your mind that you called them. As for the length of time for a refund it usually takes 7-10 business days to get one from a large company. There is no excuse for the rudeness and lying from the customer service reps though.
