Driver Detective Complaint - Will not return my refund

On Sept.26, 2009, I purchased and installed a Driver Detective from the internet. After running the scan, my pc gave me a alert warning, not to install, but to contact Microsoft or Dell before installing the driver. Once I contact Dell, they ran a scan on my pc, and they told me that they were nothing wrong with my drivers. I contacted Driver Detective over and over again, and asked for my refund. They sent me something talking about their refund policy. I return it with a short statement, and I have not heard from them in 2 months. I called them over and over again, and a recording picks up. All I want is my refund. I didn't use their sevices, why can't they just give me my money back. That's the reason I never buy anything over the internet.
