Priceline.com Complaint - Allowing Sick Passengers to Fly
My boyfriend has been staying with myself and his mother for the past month in Lexington KY. His flight was set to depart from CVG airport at 7:28 pm and arrive in Chicago at 7:53 pm and switch flights and arrive at his final destination in Las Vegas NV at 10:38 pm. He has been staying with both his mother and I. At the beginning of the month I was diagnosed with H1N1. There was no medication they could give me, just bed rest. His mother was diagnosed with H1N1 at the end of last week and had to wear a mask and went through the same process, no medication, only time could heal it. I called PRICELINE. COM and spoke to not only a representative but also manager Ben, Rep # Robjo1006. I explained to them the problem and the high risk of getting all of the passengers sick, on not only one, but two different flights. The manager did not seem to care about the flights other passengers and their health well-being. I find this very disrespectful and careless to the customers that keep this company alive. I will be sure to let as many people as positive to know how unhelpful and uncaring the PRICELINE. COM employees were.
