Cingular Wireless Complaint - Annoying Roaming Charges
MISSISSIPPI -- I have roaming charges to Louisiana on my current bill for August. I don't live in Louisiana, nor have I traveled to Louisiana...I'm confused as to why customer service would not reverse the charges. I barely use my cell phone, when I do it's only while I am going back and forth to work (which is only 10 minutes from my residence). Louisiana is almost 2 hrs from my home or anywhere I travel. The farthest that I drive is Brookhaven and McComb, Mississippi (which are each 30 minutes from my home). How can I roam to Louisiana? I just don't understand how I should be held liable for these charges.
I'm not surprised, and do you know why? I've been very dissatisfied with your company in the past. Despite this problem, I continue using your company for wireless service.
I would really like this to be credited off my account. Even though the charges barely exceed $5 - $6 dollars each month, these charges are very aggrevating and add up. If possible, I'd like someone to contact me as soon as possible to discuss these charges. This time, please don't leave me an email stating that you could not reach me b/c I FAILED to give you a valid phone number....you HAVE my cell number and it's always on!!
