All Companies Informative - When making complaints

When making a complaint about an employee to a manager get that employees name. The young kid in electronics doesn't cut it they are all young kids. If you get a name it is some much easier for a manager to fix the issue.

I do. It's very frustrating when a customer comes over and complains about an employee and can't give their name or what they look like. Not much I can do if I don't know who to talk to.

well one of the reasons why they might not have a name is because it didn't happen.

I read one story - over at notalwaysright - where the customer claimed that a male employee hit him in the face and he wanted free food as a compensation.... until the manager pointed out they only had female employees and that she had been working the day before during the time frame he claimed it happened...
