Joann.com Complaint - Poor customer service

I ordered something from joann.com but never received it. I never received an e-mail stating that my order had been shipped. I didn't know it was here until I found a note on my door that it was delivered by courier. I called joann.com customer service and was told there was nothing they could do only a supervisor could okay a replacement product. So I asked to speak to supervisor but was transferred to voicemail. I left voicemail. I called again the next day only to be transferred to voicemail again. Still no return call. I waited on hold for 25 minutes each time only to be transferred to voice mail. I have yet to talk to a supervisor. In fact I am sitting here on hold again and it has been 20 minutes now. So if anyone is thinking about ordering from joann.com and you might eventually need some customer service, then think again before placing your order.

Wow, that sucks.
Have you called your local JoAnn's to see if they have it in the store or if they can do a special order? To which it would be shipped to the store instead of your home. That may be an alternative. That is, if they can do it.
Hope it all works out.
