J.P. Morgan Chase Complaint - Chase lack of Customer Servie
HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- Chase has terrible customer service. My debit card was cloned and money was taken from my account. Chase has denied my claim and refuses to provide any evidence to help my claim. I have refused access to the videotape to see who stolen my money. I asked for an investigation report and been denied. They said it was sent in the mail expect in 7-10 bussiness days. It never came so I called. They had no idea what I was talking about. Every question I asked the customer service representative puts me on hold and ask the supervisor for the answer avoiding each and everyone of my questions. They gave misleading information that is not helpful, nor lawful.
