Brandon Hyundai Complaint - Parts department

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I ordered a part from this dealership 3 weeks ago and paid for the part. I was told the part woul, d be in a few days. I never received no phone calls saying that the part would take more time. I have called and talked to parts department and after a week and a half they kept saying would be in the next day and the same thing the next day. Then I called again and told me would be in the following day never showed. Then a few days later I call and they said the part came in and had grease all over it. Its now been 3 weeks and I make a call and the last time I talked to the parts department again and without any calls from them again they told me was on back order. I called again a week later 12/04/09 and was told was invoiced today I was told and never called until I called. tell me is this a great way to treat a customer.....

I'd demand a refund and find another place to get the part.
