60 dollar bottle of cologne - Complaint
I ordered a bottle of pherlure cologne at 59.98 I was e-mailed said it was being processed this was the 23rd of October after a few weeks I emailed the shipping wondering why I hadn't received it yet, they e-mailed me back saying at first there was no record of my transaction and that they hadn, t received payment I checked the records they had charged my card still they denied it this went on for a while, I sent them the infomation time, terminal numbers he whole 9 yards now they won, t even reply i want to add I don't have a problem with the product at all.
I just got a raw deal from them also no phone number to talk to someone in person, I have e-mailed them severalmore times but no response.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge saying you never recieved the merchandise.
