Ewallet EXpress Complaint - Horrible consumer support
Well first off I used my checking account to put money on this web site "Ewallet express" so I could safely put money online to buy stuff from ebay, play poker, Ect. anyway when I first sighed up on sat. night of last week I read the web sit very well and saw that they have a 5 day garuntee that your money would be taken from the account by the five bank days so that would be December 4 2009 but when that day came and the money still hadn't beeen taken. I called them again!(ive talked with them many times that week ) they said that a few other coustomers have had this same problem! and that I should contact my bank! but what they didint know is that I had talk to bank every day also! "don't like putting money online" "scared of stolen account #" and the bank told me that nothing has come thro and that nothing was pending! I mean I made them look as far back as the Saturday that I first did it! nothing at all! so I told them that!! well and this is were I get really mad! they tell me to call back today "Saturday" i! still hadn't gone through! well I bet you can guess !!! it still hadn't been taken for the account. so I call and by the way they are very rude when talking to you. also I asked many times to talk to a supervisor and they tell me that none are avilible!and or none in! then I say that your telling me that not one person in the place that you work is above you!!! they nope! crazy! anyway they total blew me off and told me to call back Monday!!! and I am thinking they are going to tell me this until my money shows up!! even tho right on the page it says 5 day garuntee!!!! if anyone could help E-mail me at APStetson@yahoo.com! or just a word to the wise use paypal!!!!!!!!!!!!!
