Verizone Complaint - Wrong Billing and Worst Customer Service
ELGIN, ILLINOIS -- I have decided to reach out here as I lost my hope with Verizon Customer Service rep.
I have called multiple times including when I order my phone in May 2009 to block text and Data plan as I have seen some charges in past even when I am not using that service.
Because I am busy I am not checking my bill everyday when I check my bill today I saw the charges for data usages which first place suppose to block and second I never have used it unless phone has some mal function problem. I called customer service and I ask for why data plan is not blocked and as they do not want to get called log from their side to at least investigate if I am telling truth or not, they as are asking me to prove it that I called in to block data plan so I ask for Supervisor and Marina (Customer Service Rep) put me on hold for more than 30 min so I have gave up. Customer Service representative instead of listing me she yield at me multiple time and stop in middle.
I hope someone in this company can help resolve the issue or at least allow me leave the contract so I do not have to deal with this Billing department again. Even much time I have been told that I have 100 bonus minutes and later I have been charged for that. I have been with this company nearly 3 years I have worst experience among all phone service provider.
