AAA Complaint - Incompetent tech battery problem
Battery was low...lights on but couldn't crank...so called AAA. Tech put jumper cables on in reverse, shorting out electrical system so, even with new battery, NOTHING worked except headlights. Said he didn't know what happened...I did. Repair shop confirmed multiple blown fuses, fried wiring. Big hassle to get fixed. Eventually they agreed to pay for everything. But several rude, defensive AAA customer service people. One said it was hard on service techs because terminals aren't color coded now...how about + and - terminals...isn't that what they do all day???
