Finishline Sports Complaint - Finishline Sports - Steer Clear

I ordered basketball sneakers online and five days later I receieved an email saying thye didn't have them in-stock even though their webite had them when I ordered them. Then I emailed the company 4 times since and have yet to get a reply. Their customer service reply email says they will be in contact with 24 hours.... This hasn't happened yet after 4 emails. We are at 2 weeks since I placed the order. I have read other reviews and they have done this many times in the past. This is a very poor practice that will upset people. One friend said they sent the used sneaker that must have been returned. He was offerd a $20 gift certificate for the mistake. Steer clear of Finishline Sports!!
