T-Mobile Complaint - Do not buy their service
ALBURQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- Horror! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any cell phone provider. I never wanted to go with this company in the first place however they were one of the only companies that allows you access overseas. I am involved in a long distance relationship so I we went ahead. My boyfriend is Belgian and liked that T-Mobile was a Western European compnay. Well You can get screwed by anybody on the planet. Yes dropped calls were an issue bu the real trouble happened when I went to Belgium for three weeks. My cell phone was a black berry with automatic connect for meail. I had no idea that All the time my phone was on they were charging me data prices. The entire bill was 1 sec connect fees totaling over SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. Yep and when I tried to contact the company to plead for leniency I was brushed off so smoothly I wasn't even sure the guy had hung up the phone. the bill is just pages of connect fees nothing else no real phone calls. I had never not paid my bills and should have been given a dispensation but this company full of sharks!!! What Obama did for the credit card companies needs to be done for the cellular industry. This company even has the nerve to belong to the consumer Code for Wireless service CTIA. What a crock!!! I even wrote a letter to their Customer Relations Dept it was not answered. My boyfriend and I even fought over this and broke up. What a complete gip. I thought previously that AT&T was bad but I now have AT&T and I will probably stay with them for now. Don't get T-Mobile you will seriously regret it.
