AT&T Wireless Complaint - The Memoir of a Distressed Customer
After numerous contacts day in and day out of this horrible AT&T service day after day, and night after night. After being with 2002 until 2009, we've always had linebacker service, and 3-way calling. Now all of a sidden, we lost all that. We have no linebacker, no more 3-way calling and here in Detroit everything is considered a long-distanced phone call. We've talked to different supervisors such as: Joy, and we've had numerous line techs. come to my house, and supervisors because I am not getting the service that I paid for. On 12/7/09, I talked to a man named Mikea, who was disrespectful, he seemed racist, and when I asked him for the address so I can complaint about all the problems that I had, he wanted to smart, and immature on the phone. We're in a depression, I am disabled, and handicapped. I have disabled children, and we've on a budget. We don't have money to throw out a window. So, if this is the best representation that AT&T has is Mr. Mikea. Then, I am sure that they are going to have a lot more complaints like this.
