Best Buy Complaint - Terrible Customer Service/
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- I went to Best Buy to buy a PS3 and a game, I paid a total of $450.00 plus tax for this. However, I found a better deal at Sam's Club so I decided to return this to Best Buy, when I got there, the customer service representative was very, very rude and even after she saw that the box had never been opened she had the nerve to ask if something was wrong with it, so I told her NO and I had just found something better. She then told me that I was going to receive a check within 7-10 days refunding my money, I told her that that was not what I was told and she said "oh, well I don't know what to tell you". Ok. So she refused to give me MY MONEY BACK. And just said that I should wait for my check. I think that they wouldn't have liked if I told them that I was going to mail them a check when I got the PS3, instead the rude cashier that had an attitude when I asked what the cover plan offered, told me my total to pay, they wanted their money NO EXEPTIONS. I think it is wrong that they don't let people know about this kinds of things until you come and yell at them, then they tell you it's their policy and it's in your receipt, well no S***, they should tell you first and then give you the receipt.
It is wrong and I would not recommend that people buy from worse buy, I mean "best" buy. BS
