AirTran Airways Complaint - The Most Horrible Airline I've Ever Dealt With
This is by far the worst airline I've ever dealt with. Never again will I ever buy a single thing from Air Tran even if they are 50% less in price. Today I received an email from them stating that this was their 4th attempt to email me and there was an "itinerary change" from my departure time of 6:30 pm to 7 am. Oh, just a minor difference. I had to find another flight that was of course more expensive. Air Tran would do absolutely nothing to assist me. Forget about a coupon for another flight somewhere, not even a refund for the current value so that I could make up for having to buy at a higher rate. And the 4th email, oh, their mistake they told me, no they hadn't sent any emails previously, whoops, no explanation or apology. Their customer service supervisor...my god... where did they get Jo from? She was absolutely the worst, inflaming the situation instead of solving problems. I've read a number of reviews calling for Air Tran's demise. I am sure it will happen sooner than later because of their own incompetence. They have lost many customers for life from what I read.
