Big on Digital Complaint - The worst Customer Service in America

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I ordered a camera with Big On Digital online. Every one of their customer service rep's gave me the run around on delivery dates. Infact I called 5 times and they kept giving me a UPS tracking number that didn't exist. The Manager gauranteed me it would finally arrive on a certain date but again it never did. I cancelled the order and they tried to slap a restocking charge onto me for a camera that never went out after 10 days. The Manager then called my home phone and cell number continuously to try and tell me I'd be charged. I got my husband to call and warn him not to contact me again or I'd inform the authorities.
Its the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff were rude and not interested in listening to the problem at hand. They offered poor excuses and no solutions.
I ended up ordering the camera from COMPUTERGIANTS. COM and they were courteous, professional, efficient and sent the camera overnight!
