American Express Complaint - Child Harassment
I realize that a mix-up of contact information could very possibly result in the error of a 14-yr-old receiving several phone calls a day, every day. However, Amercian Express makes itself so inaccessible to the general public that it's nearly impossible to contact a human being to rectify the situation. If you're lucky enough to finally reach a supervisor, who promises the problem will be taken care of, don't believe him. If they offered me a lifetime free membership, I wouldn't take it...on the other hand, at least then I'd be able to reach someone to ask them to stop harassing my child.
