Jitterbug Complaint - Jitterbug Customer Service is AWFUL - Customer Service

Jitterbug customer service is awful. It took over two months for me to have a phone number "ported" over from my Verizon Phone. The people in customer service were rude, nasty and would not let me finish a sentence anytime I called. I feel frustrated because this phone is advertised in AARP specifically for older adults so I got this for my mother. Actually the phone is great but what good is a phone if you can't use it. The other thing that happened was that apprently my payment did not reach the center on the payment date so they shut the phone service office immediately! Verizon NEVER, NEVER did that. So now my Mother has no phone service until this bill is paid or whenever they feel like processing my check I guess. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. Again, too bad because the phone is great and easy to use for older adults but the service is worse than you can imagine.

i'm suprised to hear a bad review on here for jitterbug because my grandmother (who can be a very difficult lady) loves hers and loves the customer service.
