Sears Complaint - Delivery and Customer Service are HORRENDOUS!
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- We ordered this table on Dec 5, to be delivered Dec. 9; today. They called Monday to confirm and they called last night with a delivery time. Then, this morning, some totally uncaring customer service rep, Tasha, called to tell me is isn't coming because the manufacturer ran out and they had no idea when it would be in.
WHAT THE HE** ARE THEY CONFIRMING IT FOR THEN?
I asked to speak to a supervisor several times; then she asked 'which one'. She never did let me speak to a supervisor and never once cared that it wasn't being delivered.
My daughter then called and cancelled the order, which we were assured was in stock by the sales representative (and he showed us on your computer that it was, so it's not his fault). However, the customer service NON-rep didn't even give my daughter a confirmation # on our cancellation! ('Sorry, we don't do that.')
HOW INCOMPETENT OF SEARS!!!
After that, she called the manufacturer, who said they were NOT out of stock and it was Sears.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE?????????? They obviously do NOT need the money.
*There are so many people without jobs, can't they hire some NICE, NORMAL people who don't have huge chips on their shoulders???????
I will NEVER BOTHER with this lower class excuse for a retailer again!
Also had horrible experiences getting my dryer delivered last summer. Never again, Sears. Never Again!
