Homesure Total Protect Complaint - Horrible Service - Ripoff

GEORGIA -- I have been trying for the past month to get my oven fixed. When I called the appliance repair company they referred me to they either didn't answer the phone or I got a busy signal. This should have been my first clue. After an hour of trying someone finally picked up the phone. The tech came out and said my control board and sensor needed to be replaced. After calling at least 5 times to follow up on when the parts would be in, they finally came out and replaced them. But, that didn't fix the problem. The tech said he felt the range should be replaced as there was likely a faulty wire somewhere in the unit. When I called Total Protect they told me they never got that info from the tech and would have to call the repair co. I never got a call back. I called the repair co directly and they told me they were still trying to diagnose the problem. What?? I called Total Protect again and they wanted me to start all over again with another repair co. This time I looked on the BBB website only to find this co had an "F" rating. I told Total Protect there was no way I was going to allow this company in my home. They referred me to another co and guess what - the phone number they gave me is someone's residence and they answer the phone "hello". I've called Total Protect twice this morning am still waiting for a call back. Stay away from this company! Their vendors are subpar and they will not replace your broken unit.
