Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Complaint - Service Department Does Not Meet Claims

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- The dealership's web site requests you schedule a service appointment online, and promises that "Once you submit your request, a member of our service staff will contact you via your preferred method as soon as possible and confirm your appointment." I scheduled online in late October, but no one called back. I know they got it because I immediately started receiving dealership spam at my e-mail address. After no call, I called the service dept the next day, and was promised a call back by the receptionist, and again, no one called back. I ended up at another dealership.

Today, I needed service and decided to give them another try because Dodge closed two local dealerships and this is one of the two left within reasonable distance. I skipped the Internet sign-up, called directly and got someone's name I could ask for when I arrived. I was promised on the phone beforehand that they had wi-fi so I could work while waiting. I get there, and there is no working wi-fi service. I ended up having to rent a vehicle from them to get back to work while they worked on my vehicle. I thought five-star dealerships had to have exemplary service and keep their promised service levels... or is that a thing of the past?
