Rainbow Appliance Complaint - Don't Buy From Rainbow Appliance!
CLIFTON, NEW JERSEY -- Placed order on November 16 for kobe hood. It is now December 9. Called rainbow to check status of order since kobe headquarters are in petaluma an hour and a half from me. Rainbow states they forgot to email me that my order had not been placed since they could not get the hood for some unknown reason. Called kobe and the hood is not on back order or delayed with kobe whatsoever!!
They charged my Visa and never bothered to tell me I wasn't ever going to get my hood, meanwhile my construction is now three weeks delayed because of these idiots!! I would not shop with them ever again and forgo the "seemingly" great prices, for better customer service and professionalism.
