AT&T Wireless Complaint - Terrible customer service (that lies) and poor service quality
The service quality at AT&T has materially declined in my market. It has been driving me crazy. On a recent call it dropped me 3 times in a 5 min conversation. Now, on top of those frustrations. I just had my account suspended and was charged $36 to have it reactivated b/c it was 2 weeks late while I was on a trip. When talking to them, they informed me that they only allow a 20 day window from end of the billing cycle to receive pmt. The problem is they require 10 days to process checks, which means you have 10 days from the end of the billing period for them to print & mail your bill, the USPS to get it to you, and for you to receive, pay and mail it back. They are doing this to force people to do auto bill pay so they get their $ sooner (or they get to charge you $36 every now and then) to jack up your bill. Their service sucks and now they are ripping people off.
