Sprint Nextel Complaint - What Sprint Doesn't Tell You
LONETREE, COLORADO -- I RECENTLY HAD CALLED INTO SPRINT TO TELL THE FINANCE TEAM TO SEND ME MY RETURN DOWN PAYMENT VIA CHECK TO MY HOUSE. AFTER CONTACTING THEM AND WAS ASURED IT WOULD BE I LATER FOUND OUT INSTEAD THEY APPLIED IT TO MY ACCOUNT. SO I CALLED INTO SPRINT TO SEE WHY IT WAS THEY DIDNT LISTEN TO MY WISH AND AT THAT POINT IT BECAME A CIRCUS SHOW WHICH IT HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST YEAR DEALING WITH SPRINT ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. AFTER SPEAKING FOR OVER TWO HOURS TO THE MANAGER THIS IS WHAT I WAS SENT TELLING ME WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO HOWEVER IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE OPPOSITE THEY ARE NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD TO ME INSERT IS THE EMAIL PLEASE READ BEAWARE OF WHAT YOU GET INTO WITH SPRINT CAUSE THEY DONT BACK WHAT THEY SAY I AM A TRUE COSTUMER THAT HAS WITNESS IT here is the letter:
