Antonline Complaint - Beware of this company - Sennheiser headphone
Sennheiser headphone - Complaint
WASHINGTON -- Ordered from Antonline and never received headphones. According to them UPSMI had delivered them. I NEVER did receive them. When I contacted the company they basically implied that I did receive them and was trying to rip them off. They then told me that it was not their responsibility to replace the headphones. I should contact insurance company or authorities. Upon asking diff legal authorities I was told these headphone were stole from THEM not I. I got nowhere with them.
I was also told UPS did an investigation, but I was NEVER contacted. After reading various complaints ABOUT THIS COMPANY I HAVE to wonder if this is not a giant scam.

Did you pay with your credit card? If so, dispute the charge with them as you never received the product.
